Hello!! Thank you for visiting my website!
I am a self taught flower loving gal born and raised in Cali. It brings me joy to create and spread the flower magic! My family is the driving force behind FloristA. Growing up I never thought of being a florist and here I am flower dreaming <3. I guess it was written in the stars.
It all started with bride bouquets for friends, then family events, to then my uncle asking me to make arrangements for his sisters and wife, then my boss at the time asked me to do flowers for the company, which didn't last long because it was cut from the budget, but by then I was already known as the girl who did pretty flowers and the requests kept coming. I found myself staying up late to work on orders after my job and on weekends, lunch hour was for phone calls and emails. It was then I knew I had to leave my job. Leaving was a hard decision because I loved my job and the company I worked for, but that voice in my head would not quiet. Friends, family, and many supporters I've had along the way have not stopped loving on my flowers, so really they have all kept me going.
I believe that every encounter we have is for a reason, every client is special and important to me. When things happen organically, thats where the magic is.
My favorite rose has always been Quicksand. It's rigid, but also soft, its dreamy, its blush, its perfect... and it opens up soooo pretty ... (heart). My camera roll probably has an embarrassing amount of selfies with flowers .
